Description
This well equipped first floor apartment is situated in a much sought after residential area of Marmaris and is only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
There is a security intercom and digital safe within the apartment.
Roadside parking available. Access to apartment is via one flight of stairs - there is no lift.
There are 2 large furnished balconies to the front and side of the apartment.
Although no pool in the block we have an agreement with the manager of the Ozlem Apartments opposite that our guests can use their pool. We have a property management company who look after the apartment.
The air conditioned apartment is suitable for small families / couples. Sleeps up to 4 people with double bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment.

The Area
The apartment is located off the main road through to Icmeler approx. one mile from bazaar. It is in a side road opposite the Anemone Hotel and Intermar Hotel (for those of you familiar to Marmaris).
Central to all amenities including:
Point Centre and Migros supermarket,
Water sports and aqua parks,
Numerous bars and restaurants.
The harbour is approx. 5 minutes on the dolmus or 15 minutes leisurely stroll along the beach front.
