Description
The décor and furnishings of this spacious house have a stylish, African theme. The property is located just a few
minutes walk from one of the village pools and provides excellent accommodation for six people.

On the ground floor, the large salon is comfortably furnished and has doors to the terrace and pool. The fully fitted,
well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs and there is also a separate formal dining room.

A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are two lovely twin bedrooms, each with an en suite
bathroom. Also on this floor, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private covered balcony,
furnished with a sofa, chairs and coffee table, from where there are wonderful views of the mountains and the
Mediterranean Sea.

Outside, the south-facing terrace is equipped with a plunge pool, a gas barbeque and, in a comfortably shaded area,
a large antique oak dining table with matching chairs; altogether the perfect place to while away those long hot days
whilst enjoying the spectacular views.

here are two lovely swimming pools in the village measuring 13m x 6.5m x 1.20-1.80m and 10m x 7m x 1.25-2.3m.

The Area
From San Pedro de Alcántara, just south of Marbella, the road winds and climbs in the direction of the ancient town of Ronda. Ascending through a landscape dominated by the striking shell-shaped mountain 'La Concha', you pass the famous Los Arqueros golf course and suddenly catch sight of this lovely Andalucian hilltop village, a jewel unto itself.
